We offer customized services within powder coating, particularly on products that require high corrosion protection. With phosphate pretreatment we ensure good adhesion and a durable surface that lasts. We coat in all RAL colours, so the product gets exactly the look you want.

We perform bending on two LVD press brakes with bending lengths of 2000 mm and 3000 mm respectively, and bend all types of steel. Bending is one of the most widely used processing methods in the sheet metal industry, and the vast majority of sheet types are well suited to both bending and forming. We adapt production from single parts to larger series.

In our production facilities we have two Mazak CNC lathes available: a Quick Turn 250 MS with bar feeder for workpieces up to Ø80 mm, and a Quick Turn 100 MS with bar feeder for workpieces up to Ø50 mm. We turn in materials including steel, stainless, and acid-resistant steel. We deliver everything from single parts to smaller series with high precision.

In addition to customizing our standard products, we have extensive experience in producing everything imaginable based on the customer's wishes in stainless steel, acid-proof steel, aluminum, and painted steel. We find the best possible product for your needs.
